Even traditional lace embroidery, hole motifs, openwork patterns can be uniquely produced. After embroidering, wash out the foil - done!

Ironing instead of sewing: the name says it all. The thermo foil BSN permanently bonds patches, badges and emblems - without sewing! After embroidery, BSN is ironed onto the entire reverse side of the emblem. This makes every appliqué extremely durable, even edges and borders will not come off. BSN is available in two versions: Use with an iron (type H) or with a heat press (type I).

With this special needle felt, fibers are mechanically connected with the aid of numerous barbed needles until a high-Quality felt surface is created.

Cutting out, ironing-on – that’s all there is to it. By using THERMOFIX, it is easy and fast to affix embroidery designs onto jackets, shirts and fabrics. Permanently - even after frequent washings! THERMOFIX is just like a nonwoven that consists of adhesive fibres. It is ironed onto the finished embroidery design after the embroidery process.

Then the emblem is placed onto the desired spot of your fabric and has to be permanently fixed either with a household iron or a heat press. But there is even more to THERMOFIX than making fast and easy appliqués: It is the perfect solution for very small and tricky areas where fixation by machine is simply impossible. Also great for fusing edges and for seaming!

Beautiful embroideries without stabilizing? That’s impossible – THERMOFILM, however, is a stabilizer that disappears after embroidering. Embellishments on lady’s outerwear, children’s wear and fine baby wear should have an extremely smooth finish. And if both sides of finished patterns are visible, stabilizer residues should not be seen. THERMOFILM is a heat-removable film that can easily be torn away after embroidery. Small residues can completely be removed with an iron. You’ll have flawless embroideries that look great on both sides. Ideal for smooth fabrics!

Just apply TS to the back of your embroidery and water and moisture will not penetrate the fabric through the tiny embroidery needle punctures. Rain gear, outdoor jackets, functional clothing can be embroidered, and everybody stays dry-use on work clothes e.g. for road construction, gardening and for all outdoor jobs.

The softer and bulkier the fabric, the easier stitches disappear in the material, resulting in unsightly embroideries. With SOLVY every single stitch turns out brilliantly, and even intricate patterns with most detailed embroideries are stitched needle-sharp. The trick is a water-soluble foil that is placed on the fabric prior to embroidering and then washed out without leaving any residues. Even elastic knit fabrics and terry cloth can be embroidered with ease and precision! SOLVY can also be used as fabric backing when both sides of the embroidery are visible – for neat results, e.g. on scarves or towels.
